I brought a Blackwidow V PRO on amazon in march 2023,  the battery died and now it has fully died even with the cable connected (tried on 2 pcs)

Amazon say its razers problem to fix, but razer wants a S/N…. there isnt a S/n on the keyboards underside, and the P/no is a gray box too!

Where can i find the S/n to try help get my keyboard fixed/replaced as its only a year old!

Hm… there should be sticker on the bottom of the keyboard and also on the bottom of the box - something is wrong here.

I’d try a different USB-C cable (data capable) and check if it’ll turn on. If yes then you can read the S/N from Synapse 4.
