Blackwidow V3 Pro RGB doesnt work on chroma connect while in wireless mode

i’m in email contact with razer support.
they said it’s dongle issue, but i have extra dongle bw v3 pro and both have same problem.
i hope this resolved the problem.

I already try with the razer support and useless. Please let me know if u already solved it

new dongle was not solution.

i`ve been having this problem since i installed synapse 4. so it seem like software problem. not hardware(any razer peripherals..)

razer support told me to try reinstalling synapse.
so i reinstalled synapse 4 today. and chroma fixed!

i think chroma sdk or module problem. and i hope this works for you too.

Wow good for you. I already try reinstall synapse before but nothing happen, ill try again if still cant, ill claim the warranty i think

but my chroma connect is still unstable. sometimes chroma connect doesn’t work especially in overwatch2, PUBG..
i hope razer reconize and fixes this problem.

i almost send back this keyboard to the seller after using it almost 1year 🤣

for now still working, ill update u if i find it unstable
