I have the same issues as huntsman mini users, only temporary fix i've found is to lock my user account and sign in again.
Many have said it's on AMD systems and some newer Intel systems, I am using a 3rd and 8th gen Intel system and the issue still persists.
OS: Windows 10 21H1
CPU: Intel i7-3770 on Z77 chipset
