Blackwidow v3 pro Volume wheel & The media keys Issues when plugged in

So other than constant connectivity issues, My volume Wheel no longer works at all, and yet it’ll still adjust my volume  by 1 or 2 when I’m not touching it at random times. Also the Media keys do not work at all if the keyboard is plugged in, so I have to use 2.4Ghz or Bluetooth but I have connectivity issues so it will either disconnect constantly, think I’m long pressing a key, or disconnect after not touching the keys for a few seconds.

I’m here to help! I understand that you’re Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro is having issue with its volume wheel, media keys, and constant disconnects. Could you also confirm roughly when this started and whether it followed any changes, like a Windows update, new software, or hardware changes?

Please try these troubleshooting below to isolate the problem:

  1. ​​​Make sure the wireless mode is ON or the keyboard is switched to the correct wireless mode.
  2. Connect your USB Dongle directly to the PC, not a USB hub.
  3. Update the firmware of your keyboard.
  4. Download and run the Pairing Utility for your keyboard.
  5. Check if the software is causing the issue by closing Razer Synapse and other keyboard configuration software.
  6. If closing Razer Synapse fixes the issue, reinstall your keyboard drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
  7. Check if the issue persists with a different PC.
