Blackwidow V3 Pro Wireless Keyboard - Ctrl-Shift-DownArrow combination not working | Razer Insider
Skip to main content
Hi there,

I recently bought the aforementioned BW v3 Pro Wireless. Great keyboard, Really enjoying it.

I'm having one issue though - it doesn't register a Ctrl-Shift-DownArrow key combination.

The issue affects all apps but is a particular frustration as I do a lot of excel work and ordinarily use this all the time to select ranges of cells.

Worth noting Ctrl-Shift-Left/Right/UpArrow combinations work fine.

In an attempt to rectify the problem I tried the following without luck:

- a firmware update (now on version 2.02

- connecting via USB-c, Wireless and Bluetooth

- system reboots

- windows update (including recent upgrade from win 10 > 11 - has been a problem on both OS versions)

Any help that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

Apologies if I missed any key information but do ask and I will attempt to fill any omissions :-)

Thank you!

Does the issue persist even if you temporarily disabled the Synapse application? You try to reset the keys by following the steps here. If that didn't work, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and check for other steps to address the input problem of your keyboard.
Hi, i tried both of those steps but the issue persists. will PM you the serial number.

Thanks!
Got that. Let's just continue our conversation there.
