Hi all, recently got myself the blackwidow v3 pro, was working fine for its first 5 hours, then after its first charge it would die even when connected to the pc. At this stage it wont charge at all, and if i plug it into the pc nothing happens and it cant be detected. Anyone having this as im seeing people still being able to use it wired at least

I’m here to help. Is there any noticeable physical damage from the device? Are you using a USB Hub or extensions to connect your Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro? Have you tried charging your keyboard using a different USB port from your computer? Please PM me with your device serial number so I can verify its model and check for available updates.
