I’ve been trying to enter the sn in the Razor APP, and i can’t find it. I’ve entered the following: (removed for security purposes)

Hey there, ​@PowerBasss447 

I understand that your serial number isn’t being recognized by the Razer App. Upon checking the serial number in our system, there are no records found.


Could you please send me a PM along with the error message you encounter when trying to enter your serial number? Also, please send me a photo of your device’s serial number so I can take a closer look and assist you further. 


You can upload the photos to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!


Also, I have edited your post and removed your device's serial number for security purposes.
