BlackWidow V3 suddenly stopped working.

Hi, 

I have been using this keyboard for about 2 years now, never had any an issues. But two days ago when I started my pc the keyboard was unresponsive. I tried hard resetting the keyboard (esc+caps+space). Then it entered demo mode. Tried hard resetting again. It became unresponsive again. The keyboard has been stuck in this loop ever since. It did become normal after multiple hard resetting but only for 10mins after which it became unresponsive again and it has also stopped being detected by the windows device manager and by synapse. I have tried multiple solutions over the past two days but to no avail. Here are some of the solutions i have tried:

  • Hard resetting the keyboard.
  • Restarting the PC. duh
  • Using different USB ports.
  • Using it on a different PC. 
  • Uninstalling / Reinstalling all Drivers, Razer Synapse 4.
  • Ran the Razer detection troubleshooting tool (nothing worked)
  • Tried to update the firmware of the keyboard but it cant detect the keyboard in order to update.
  • uninstalled Riot Vanguard.

It would be a huge help if someone can help fix the issue.
