Blackwidow v3 Tenkeyless double type | Razer Insider

I bought a tenkeyless v3 two-three weeks ago, the space bar double typed and a couple of other keys so I brought it back to the store and they did an exchange.

New keyboard same thing (space bar is especially bad), I didnt go back again because I didnt have time... so I just shelved the keyboard and figured I'd deal with a RMA later. So today I went on Razer's support website and the website is so broken that I cant even submit a report I get a "network error" when I submit the form - I tried on three different web browsers. I'm working and I have kids (= very limited free time) so spending half a day chasing their support isnt going to be super viable.

Is there a way I could potentially fix at least the double typing of the space bar myself? I though about just replacing the key but its non-standard (aha... nice ^^) so it doesnt work with the other keycaps I have.

Btw I know its not me having spasm because I have 3 other keyboards and none of them double type... (Tecware Phantom Elite, Logitech G613 & a Ducky)

Worst case I guess I'll use this as a last resort backup but doing basically the equivalent of burning a $100 doesnt feel nice...
Minee also double taps like crazy... Im so sad because i really love the keyboard.
I couldnt resolve the issue so I moved the keyboard to the shelve unfortunately. I couldnt contact Razer's support - no answer to email, ticketing system is broken and they dont reply here, I havent tried the phone support since I dont have an afternoon to spend on this.

Some software solution that can partially fix the problem:

- On Windows: Google for "Keyboard Chattering Fix 0.0.1 Beta" or https://www.softpedia.com/get/System/System-Miscellaneous/Keyboard-Chattering-Fix.shtml

- On macOS: Google for "Unshaky" or https://unshaky.nestederror.com

I've tested both and they do a good job at fixing the problem with most keys. In my case however the spacebar still double types even with those, so I cant really use the keyboard...
I have the same problem with the mechanical wireless v3 pro. Tried several computers an reinstalled all the razer programs. Nothing helped. the softpedia software helps partially but not enough.
