I recently purchased a Razer BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless through Amazon India. I was aiming for Yellow switches but accidentally ended up ordering the Green switch version in a hurry during the Prime Day sale.
The keyboard is completely unused, sealed in its box. Unfortunately, Amazon India isn’t allowing a return or exchange since it falls under a service center replacement policy.
I wanted to check if there’s any official support channel, service center, or distributor route where Razer India could help with an exchange or switch variant replacement.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
