Blackwidow V3 Tenkeyless won't retain key and lighting preferences .

After setting my keyboard keys and lighting preferences and logging out of my Razor account `the keyboard settings remain. As soon as I reboot my PC my keyboard keys and lighting preferences default back to the factory settings. But if I log onto my Razor account or Razor support my preferences show up again. Strange

    That's odd. Try resetting the keyboard via Razer Synapse 3.0 settings by clicking the gear icon at the top-right corner of the software. Once done, check if the behavior persists.
