Blackwidow v3 tkl keys not registering/double clicking

I have had my keyboardd for almost two years now and for the past few months some of the keys are double clicking or not registering at all. This happens every now and then and then goes away for a little bit, only for it to come back later. currently my d key is the issue, sometimes when I press it double/triple clicks or doesn't work at all. previously keys like tab and f were like this as well. I have tried closing and upddating synapse and even trying on different devices. Is there anyway to fix this, and if not is a refund still valid.
