My Blackwidow V3 TKL is not being recognized by windows. Sometimes when plugged in, the lights turn on and it is seem for a second before being unrecognized. Synapse does not see it at all.

Hey @Starburst_450,

Let me check on your keyboard. Just for isolation, can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.

Not recognised by Windows you mean that it’s not visible in windows device manager?

Do you hear any connect/disconnect sound when keyboard goes dark?

There is no sound when plugged in or out. After about half a minute, I get a notification saying the last device connected was unrecognized.

I was able to install new drivers as the keyboard was recognized for a second before disconnecting. It now works! Thanks to everyone who helped.
