Blackwidow V3 TKL shift key problem

The shift key randomly is harder to press. Sometimes it works normally and a second later the key gets stiff and requires considerable more force to press. I checked the stabilizers and everything - no problem detected. Cleaned it and the problem is still here. Anyone else had this happen?

Hello Floyd148,

It sounds like there might be an issue with the actual switch underneath the shift key. It could be a mechanical problem with the switch itself, causing it to intermittently become stiff. When did the issue start occurring? Were there any changes made to your device prior to the issue? Were there any incidents that happened to your keyboard prior to the issue? e.g. spilled liquid, etc. Please PM me your Razer BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for a replacement option. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. Have a good one!
