Blackwidow v3 volume wheel stuck

Hello, I have noticed for some time that the volume knob on my keyboard is no longer clickable to mute the sound. It is stuck as if it was pushed in, and I don't know how to unclick it without damaging the keyboard. Thank you in advance for those who will answer, it would really help me.
