I got this keyboard a few days ago and it’s amazing but when I startup my computer the lights don’t work on the keyboard. The keys work just fine but I have to unplug the keyboard and plug it back in to get the lights to work properly. My synapse works fine and I tried uninstalling/reinstalling it and my keyboard is added to the profile, but none of that solves the problem.

I never had this problem with my ornata chroma, and I’d really like to not have to plug and unplug this keyboard every time I start my computer. If anyone has any ways to solve this I’d greatly appreciate it as I love this keyboard but this situation sucks.

Hi @smartvalleyDarkYellow968,

Try reinstalling its driver or use a different USB port for further isolation. PM me the serial number should the problem persists so I can help you escalate your concern to the relevant team for advanced resolution. Thanks!

Hey, I ran into the same issue since I bought it, had you managed to find a solution to this one?

Hi I’m also having this problem. Was there a solution for this?

I've had the same issue, the solution for me was disabling Windows fast startup. Here's how:

1. Go to Control Panel → Power Options.

2. Click on Choose what the power buttons do.

3. Click on Change settings that are currently unavailable.

4. Scroll down to Shutdown settings and uncheck Turn on fast startup.

5. Save changes and restart.

Maybe if you’re on WIn 11 23H2 update, then built-in Windows Dynamic Lighting messing with the Chroma. You can go to Windows settings and try to disable Dynamic Lighting option.
