BlackWidow V4 a key not working

hi,

i accidentally dropped keyboard. now the ‘v’ key doesnt work most of the time. i have to press it multiple times to work.

is there anything i can do on my end to fix it. so i dont hae to send it in for repair ? ? ?

I understand that your Razer BlackWidow V4 'V' key is not responding as expected. Please perform the steps below to fix the issue.

  1. Clean your keyboard from dirt or debris.

  2. Connect your keyboard directly to the PC and not a USB hub.

  3. Test your keyboard with a different USB Port.

  4. Get the latest Windows update.

  5. Update the firmware of your keyboard if it is on the list.

  6. Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and other keyboard configuration software.

  7. If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your keyboard drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.

  8. Check if the issue persists with a different PC.
