Blackwidow V4 backspace works bad

I have an issue with my Razer BlackWidow V4. Ever since I bought it, the Backspace key has been acting strange. It generally works, but if I spam it, it gets physically stuck in the down position. If I tap it a few times, it pops back up. This is incredibly frustrating because when I'm typing and need to hit Backspace a couple of times, it ends up erasing half my text.!--tgqphd|[]-->

This is definitely not a software issue because the key physically catches and stays down. What should I do about this? Is it a known defect, or is it supposed to latch like that if pressed at a certain angle? Can this be fixed somehow?!--tgqphd|[]-->

I’d try to lube the stabilizer. But if you have valid warranty - I’d RMA it.
