I bought a Barracuda X2022 headset at the end of 2023, and after a few months, the USB-C cable stopped working for charging it. I always charged it only through the computer. Along with this purchase, I got a BlackWidow V4 Yellow Switch keyboard, and also, a few months later, some keys started to double-click, like the (P, M) keys.
The keyboard has updated drivers and firmware. I opened a ticket with Razer a month and a half ago and have not received any response.
I made the purchase through Amazon Spain, and I have the receipts, but I can't get a response from support, and Amazon says the warranty is directly with Razer.
Can anyone help me with this situation? Thank you.
