Hi, I need tech support help please. Impossible to find any tech support email…..
The issue;
I bought a BlackWidow V4 and when the computer start all keys are light up and working fine.
But as soon as Synapse 4 load a profile this key # and key < not light up any more stay black.
In Synapse 4 you cannot even change any things on this 2 keys. Synapse show blank keys.
I try all things i could find on the web, reinstall everythings, hard reset,… I try it all.
Is there anyway to fix this issue? I found on the web many people as the same issue but not fix found.
Please tech support need your help
