This is so weird! I bought BlackWidow V4 Low Profile 3 months ago, and my LEFT CTRL started misbehaving. Just found this thread. Have they fixed it for you?

    1. When did the issue first occur?
    2. Does the problem persist when connected via Razer HyperSpeed Wireless (2.4 GHz), Bluetooth, or Type-C?
    3. Does the issue occur when Razer Synapse is not installed?
    4. Does the problem happen on a different computer?

    Please try to perform the troubleshooting steps laid out below:

    1. Clean the keyboard using a clean microfiber cloth and compressed air.
    2. Connect your keyboard directly to the PC and not a USB hub.
    3. Get the latest Windows update.
    4. Disable Razer Synapse and test the keyboard. If the issue persists, it is likely a switch issue.
    5. If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your keyboard drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
    6. Check if the issue persists with a different PC.
