Blackwidow v4 low profile hyperspeed not charging.

My Blackwidow v4 low profile hyperspeed when I use it in my wireless mode, it is not charging.

Following is the situation, my keyboard shows me that it is low in battery. I plug in my cable that linked to the PC to the keyboard and used for a while, it will show that the battery is 100% full. However, when I take out the cable from my keyboard, my PC will pop out a low battery icon and they battery life will be shown as 2% and charging. 

I tried updating my  firmware, and it updater shows me my keyboard using the latest firmware. Can someone please advice on how should I proceed with this problem.

 

I bought this item on 12 December 2025 via Shoppee Challenger Singapore Official Store.

 I'm sorry to hear about the charging issue with your Razer BlackWidow V4 Low-profile HyperSpeed. When did the issue start occurring? Are you using a USB Hub or any type of extensions to connect your keyboard? Have you tried charging your keyboard using a different USB Port from your computer? Please perform the troubleshooting steps laid out below:
1. Connect your keyboard directly to the PC and not a USB hub.
2. Ensure the charging cable and port on both the keyboard and PC are clean and undamaged.
3. Try using a different USB cable or port to determine if the issue is with the connection.
4. Make sure your PC’s power management settings are not interfering with USB charging.
5. Check if the issue persists with a different PC.
