Blackwidow v4 low profile hyperspeed not charging

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. My keyboard stopped charging. The connection to the computer works and sometimes the flashlight flashes about the low battery. I have already followed all your basic recommendations and nothing helped

Have you tried using a different charging cable? What about another power outlet? Let me know via PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
