My Blackwidow V4 mini hyperspeed turns on the caps lock button and then I cannot turn it off. I am unable to use it because it writes everything in all Caps.
Occasionally it will turn off the caps button on its own without me trying to turn it off but then it will go back on.
How do I fix this? Do I have a defective product?

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try to reinstall its drivers by following the steps below:
1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer BlackWidow V4 Mini HyperSpeed and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.
The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
