Heyy!!

Blackwidow v4 not lighting up at start. Have to unplug it and plug it back in for it to light up…

Done the settings in windows.

Done the firmware update.

Windows 11 fresh install.

Synapse 4 fresh install.

Still this buggy mess of a keyboard will not light up at start…

Looks like this been an issue for a long time.. keyboard for 200 dollars and it works worse then my old one for 20 dollars..

Yes im a bit irritated.

Hello there, @Fedder!

Let’s try to reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:

1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer BlackWidow V4 and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
