Blackwidow v4 pro 75% battery issue

I got my blackwidow v4 pro about 2 weeks ago and starting last night, it doesnt want to charge, im using the original razer cord and even tried using another cord and it stays at 1% and never goes up. It will sometimes show it’s charging but it still just stays at 1%….

Hi AriesTheRam,

I’m here to help! I understand your Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro is stuck at 1% and doesn’t seem to charge even when you’re using the original cable and a different one. Has the keyboard ever charged normally before? When did the issue start occurring? Have you updated the firmware by downloading from this link?

Please also try these steps if you haven’t already:

  1. Power the keyboard off completely and unplug it for about 1–2 minutes.
  2. Plug it directly into a USB port on your PC (not a hub) and use a different USB‑C cable if you have one.
  3. Leave it connected and charging for at least 2 hours, even if Synapse quickly shows 100%.

If the behavior is the same after those steps, please send me a PM me your keyboard’s serial number, your region and proof of purchase so I can verify its warranty. Thanks!
