I’m having the same issue as everyone else, I only got my keyboard last January 3, 2026, and it wont charge past 5%, i tried all the steps that I can find, update windows, uninstall synapse4, reset keyboard (esc, caps + spacebar), update windows, update firmware, plug to all usb ports available in my pc as well as wall socket. Cant use it as wireless anymore unless it’s plugged in. Saw that a lot of people are having the same issue, what’s going on Razer?

I understand that you are having a charging issue with your Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro. Please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
