Hi! Since this morning my keyboard doesn’t want to charge anymore. When I connect, it does show it’s charging but the battery level doesn’t increase. I’m always using the cable that came with the keyboard connected to the computer, using a different cable or charger doesn’t change this behavior. . I’ve tried a factory reset and reinstalled Razer Synapse.

I understand that your keyboard shows it is charging but the battery percentage does not increase. Please try the troubleshooting steps below to help resolve the issue.
Connect your keyboard directly to the PC and not a USB hub.
Test your keyboard with a different USB Port.
Get the latest Windows update.
Update the firmware of your keyboard if it is on the list.
Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and other keyboard configuration software.
Check if the issue persists with a different PC.
