I’ve got the keyboard less than a month ago and it’s stopped charging. It stucks on 2%, it canm show that it is charging but the % doesn’t increase. It still works plugged in to USB. I’m using the original cable plugged into the PC USB port directly not into any hub. Firmware is up to date. I’m using Synapse 4 it’s up to date either do Windows.

Try different USB cable - check if it’ll charge it properly or not.

If not - how long it’ll work till battery dead? Some time ago there was some battery level bug in Synapse, so maybe it’s wrongly indicating battery level.

You can also try to connect it via Bluetooth - and check the battery level via OS (Settings → Bluetooth).

Hey there, @byteboardLavenderMist277

I understand that your keyboard is stuck at 2% battery, shows that it is charging, but the battery percentage never increases. Please try the troubleshooting steps below to help resolve the issue:

  • Test your keyboard with a different USB Port.

  • Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and other keyboard configuration software.

Razer Synapse on the system tray

  • If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your keyboard drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.

  • Check if the issue persists with a different PC.

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message along with your device's serial number so I can check its details in our system and assist you further. Thank you!
