had this issue with my first copy of this board and they let me RMA it but now the second one is having the same issue :( basically it refuses to charge above the current 40% and when I unplug it and switch to wired mode nothing happens as if (or because it is) dead, I have reinstalled synapse, done the driver cleaner, swapped cables and nothing. unsure what to do now..

Hi jdodge21,

I undertand that your Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro 75% won't charge past 40% and not responsive. Are you using a USB Hub or any type of extensions to connect your keyboard? To isolate the problem, please try the steps laid out below:

1. Connect your keyboard directly to the PC and not a USB hub.
2. Test your keyboard with a different USB Port.
3. Make sure to update your device firmware by following the steps here.
4. Try to reinstall your keyboard drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
5. Check if the issue persists with a different PC.

If the troubleshooting didn’t work, PM me the keyboard serial number and proof of purchase so I can check its warranty. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. All the best!
