If synapse is not running, the alt and shift keys do not work in wireless mode. But it works when in plugged mode.
I tried hard reset by unplugging and plugging pressing the esc + saps + spacebar already, but the problem still persists.

Razer Synapse does not start up every time i started my PC, even I ticked the checkbox “start razer Synapse automatically when system starts”
3)
I have to manually start the synapse every time i boot my pc. But there is a window everytrime showing it is downloading 53mb. Once it is finished, it says installation failed. I then have to click the retry button to run the synapse.
