Hello. In December 2025, I purchased a Black Widow v4 Pro keyboard. A while ago, I noticed that when I press the “D” key, it types the letter ‘D’ three times instead of just once. Sometimes the “Shift” key also malfunctions. Could I please ask for support? My previous post on the same topic has disappeared.
