Hi,

As m any others, my keyboard started to act funny which reminded me of my first Razer keyboard which had numerous issues with keys and I ended up throwing it in the garbage.

Brand new BlackWidow V4 Pro bought end of June.  Working great up until this week where the ‘e’ key started to either not register or get doubled; only this key which leads me to believe it is a hardware issue.  The keyboard is an island key which is easier to clean and I am keeping it clean.

The ‘e’ key misbehaves on all my computers.  Productivity is taking a hit; I am working with this keyboard.

Razer Synapse has been uninstalled and re-installed, nothing changes. (yes, using the cleaner as well)
