Blackwidow v4 pro - d key doesn’t work properly

I know I am not the knly one but my ‘d’ key is often unresponsive. It is not software related.  I’ve tried it on multiple computers in multiple ports and with multiple cable.

 

the problem is hardware. The keys are free of dust or any  ofher studf.  Nothing has been spilled on it.  I’ve pulled rhe keycap and checked it and it is fine.

 

can this be fixed with a new switch?  Ie a lot of people also have a faulty ‘d’ key so was there just a bunch of faulty switches and the problem can be solved with a new one?

 

if so, will razer send me that switch?

Let me assist you with your keyboard. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send a short video clip demonstrating the issue and photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include them as well. You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
