I believe that either my keyboard or both usb cables it came with are fried. I booted up my PC and my mouse worked fine as it normally does but the keyboard went crazy. The rgb was flashing, the colors got stuck and the backlight for some keys were white. Not to mention the keys were being pressed on their own. I didn't do anything to the keyboard before this. The keyboard also made a slight hissing sound and one time after plugging it in and out I saw smoke come out. My grandmother bought the keyboard for me on July 10 through amazon so I believe my warranty is expired but I don't think I could bare asking her to buy me another keyboard and i’ve never done RMA before. What can I do to possibly fix this? Whenever plugging the keyboard in Windows keeps telling me “the last usb device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it” I really dont know how to fix this and it’s frustrating me.
