I bought Blackwidow v4 pro low-profile keyboard just yesterday and out of the box it is not charging at all. It stays on 1% after being on charger for 4hours an if I unplug the cable it dies after few seconds. I have newes firmware, tried reinstaling keyboard drivers, try charging it trought another cable and trought mobile charger and nothing helps.
