I have a blade 16 2025, I’m using a black widow v4 pro with it but the black widow doesn't appear as a device in chroma studio. I have windows dynamic lighting disabled for all devices in windows settings. Keyboard is plugged in via USB directly to laptop (no hub), I have latest firmware for the black widow (v1.05 released in January of this year). and latest razer apps.
I’ve tried uninstalling all apps and re-installing, resetting the keyboard via caps and esc mechanism but no luck.
One thing I’ve noticed is that when when I change synapse lighting settings from “RGB” to “dynamic” then the black widow keyboard appears in the chroma studio, as soon as I switch the settings back to “RGB” in synapse it disappears again. All other razer devices appear in studio (blade 16, basilisk mouse, Goliath mouse pad) without issue. So it seems to be just the black widow v4 pro having trouble being detected when RGB is enabled.
