BLACKWIDOW v4 X letter 'O' not always printing

Hello,

My keyboard does not register the letter O consistently. Around 80% of the time, I have to press the key two to five times before it appears.

I contacted support, but my case was closed immediately, possibly because the keyboard is no longer under warranty.

The keyboard has seen very little use. I bought it around a year and a half ago, used it for only a few months, and then stopped using it. This does not appear to be normal wear and tear.

I have already installed the latest firmware update, but the issue remains.

I suspect the switch may be faulty. Where can I purchase a compatible replacement switch, and is it relatively easy to replace?

Any help would be appreciated.
