BlackWidow X Chroma Keyboard not lighting up.

I did reinstall razer synapse 2 and could see when I restarted my pc, that the keyboard was lighting up (so it can't be defect), but after that it turned back to not lighting up and I can't change anything in the settings. My headset for example is lighting by default in blue, but I chose a different colour in the settings. Everything is working with the razer synapse 2 app except the lighting up feature. How do I fix this?
