Blackwidow X TE: No support on Synapse 3, and issues on Synapse 2

Dear All, I am new to Razer and to the forum, however I have already purchased an Elite, a Chroma V2 and a Blackwidow X TE...testing them and I'll decide which I am happier with. I have noticed that Synapse 3 strangely does NOT support the Blackwidow X, so I've had to load the legacy Synapse 2 to run my Blackwidow X (in addition to the Synapse 3 that runs the Elite and the Chroma V2).. Now, the problem: Synapse 2.21 is not loading my Blackwidow X TE profile in full and when Synapse 2 is on, the LED indicators for F9/F10 do not work. In particular: When my computer starts up and Synapse 2.21 is NOT running, Fn+F9/F10 LED indicators DO work (light up). When I start Synapse 2.21, it appears to start with my profile but without my Custom profile (it defaults to spectre cycle), and without my Brightness pre selected level. I always need to go to the Lightning menu and each time re-select my saved "Custom", re-set Brightness level, and again Fn+F9/F10 indicators are not working. The only thing I have changed into my custom profile is the RGB colours of all buttons (including F9 & F10), with no macros applied whatsoever. When I then close Synapse 2.21, my profile is off the keyboard (is this how it should be?) and then Fn+F9/F10 LED indicator works again. When I re-restart Synapse 2.21, my profile (which is the only one in Synapse 2.21) again appears selected, but again without my custom Chroma style (defaults again onto Spectre cycle), and without my Brightness pre selected level. I always need to go to the Lightning menu and each time select "Custom". Again, F9/F10 indicators not running. Any help? Any news about when do we expect to see Blackwidow X TE finally supported in Synapse 3? Thanks a lot, Christos
