My BlackWidows v3 Pro keyboard's behavior is weird when I play games in wireless mode (2.4GHz). For example, when I'm walking in the game and press the 'W' key to move forward, it always stops walking for no reason after several seconds. However, I can press another key, like 'A' or 'D', to move left or right. Then, when I re-press the 'W' button, I can walk again. This issue happen with other keys too if I long press it for several seconds

Thanks for sharing your concern. Does this issue also happen while you are connected via Bluetooth or wired? Please send me a PM with your keybaord serial number so I can verify its model and check for available updates. I’d appreciate it if you could send me a list of all the troubleshooting steps you've tried so I can scratch them off our list. All the best!
