So I got a razer Black widow v3 long time ago been using it for a while but when I changed to a laptop and the synapse got updated I havent touched the app much but now I wanna customize the colors I got on the keyboard but the problem is the app DOES NOT sense the keyboard it keeps giving me this error can yal help me with fixing this?
