Blade 14 2021 doesnt charge with the 230watt brick

hey guys, my blade 14 has a problem. when i plug in the 230 watt brick its not showing that its charging , but the % stays at the same amount or even go up. So the laptop doesnt use the RTX as the GPU that means low fps....

i reinstalled windwos 30 min ago and for some seconds it did show that its charging and after that it stoped
