Blade 14 2021 No longer outputting display signal

Hi there, My blade 14 (2021) was working great with external monitors previously. I recently tried to get a usb c dock and tried to get it to work with it. Unfortunately, the displayport and hmdi doesn't seem to be working with it. BUT after I was trying to use that, external monitors I was using with the USB-C connection stopped working (I have a portable monitor that worked perfectly with it). Even stranger is now the HDMI port no longer outputs a signal either. Any idea what's going on here? I'm going to try a few more things and then a factory reset on the computer but it would be great to know what the issue might be. Thanks! Justin
