Blade 14 2021 touchpad freezing

Hello, I've had my laptop for a little over a month, and since last week the touchpad seems to freeze up every no and then. Whenever I type, the touchpad seems to freeze and it takes a few seconds of circling my finger on the touchpad to get it to move. This happens whenever I stop using my touchpad for over 10 seconds or so. I've updated all dirvers and even uninstalled and reinstalled them. What could be wrong?

    Make sure both the Synapse application and Windows OS are up to date. You can also follow the steps here for further isolation. If you're still experiencing the same issue, PM me the serial number so I can start a case with the Systems Team so they can have a closer look at the touchpad freezing problem. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
