Recently my blade 14 cannot be booted from the ssd, and i have been stuck in the aptio setup utility loop past few days. I suspect it occured after a failed window update.
When checking the NVme configurations in BIOS, the ssd (NVme CA6-8D1024) can be detected, but the boot option “window boot manager” is missing.
Right now i have no problem booting from usb drive and enter the window troubleshooting menu. Again, using the window cmd diskpart command, the ssd could not be found.
I also tried the system recovery image download from the Razer website, the system reset did not work as there is no ssd detected.
