Blade 14 (2022) Swollen Battery - Can I Get Replacement Shipped?

Hello,

My Razer Blade 14 (2022) has a swollen battery - the trackpad is lifting and won't click properly.

Device Info:
- Model: RZ09-0427
- Location: Berlin, Germany

Can Razer ship me a replacement battery that I can install myself? I need to keep using the laptop for work deadlines, so sending it in for repair isn't ideal right now.

Thank you for your help!

Hi nawki1,

Let me assist you with your Razer Blade 14" (2022), having a battery swelling issue. I can still kickstart a support ticket for an out-of-warranty battery replacement or repair request. Please note that Razer doesn't sell batteries, so you might be asked to send over your laptop for repair. To proceed, allow me to ask a few question for documentation. How long was the unit plugged in? Did you charge the laptop overnight? How many hours is the unit used per day? It's important for your safety that you refrain from using the laptop until we can resolve the problem. You can also visit this article for your reference.
