Hi all,

The fan speed control inside balance profile manual mode in Synapse is stuck at 17700 RPM, the slider cannot be slid and the value is stuck.

Plugging in the laptop will directly max out the fan speed, which is extremely annoying for office environment.

Manually picking profiles does not decrease the fan speed. Only unplugging from power does.

Tried below steps:

1. Reinstall Synapse
   1. “Change” in Programs and Features to call the installer
   2. Updated to latest version
   3. Issue persists, use “Uninstall” from Programs and Features
   4. Uninstalled completely via installer
   5. Re-download latest installer from Razer
   6. Reinstalled and logged in my account
   7. Issue still persists
2. Firmware update
   1. I bought this machine in mid-Oct, upgraded Firmware since day 1.
   2. Firmware updater returns latest versions.

Please provide insights on solutions for resolving this issue, much appreciated.
