Blade 14 (2023) issue with external graphic card connection

Hello,

I have purchased Blade 14 (2023) model a week ago. 
I connected the laptop to my monitor (Samsung Odyssey G7, 4k, 32inches, 144hrtz).

There were two problems.

1. When I connect the laptop and the monitor with hdmi cable, the connection was not steady and kept on blinking or both screen of the monitor and the laptop was not responsive (black screen)
2. So I changed the cable to usb c type dp cable. Connection was better, but the graphic card activated  the monitor did not detect external graphic card. (GeForce 4070). I tried to connect with both usb c port on the latop and same result. No direct circuit to external graphic card from c type usb port???
