Hi everyone, I just bought a blade 14 with AMD 7940HS cpu and RTX-4070 few days ago. Later I also bought a third party PD adapter with 100W (single port not combined power) and 100W supported line. Adapter is from a brand called Aukey.
Here is the problem I met after two day using. When I plugged it this morning( computer is normally running), it appeared on charge and not charged repeatedly. I’ve restarted it many times, sometimes it can normally charged but usually repeatedly on and off till the power down. I’ve also checked for the diver of usb4 port but obviously it’s update to date and work normally. I also plugged this third party set on a M1 Mac and it just work perfectly.
So I was very confused if the problem is on this charger set or anything setting wrong on my computer? If anyone ever met this situation and knows the way to solve it please kindly provide me the solution, thank you very much.
